Supports individuals returning to the community after incarceration through personalized care management and housing navigation. Works closely with parole agents, community partners, and agencies to help participants stabilize and rebuild.

Services Offered

• Pay your rent for up to six months
• Pay your security deposit and application fees
• Help with one-time things you need when moving into long-term housing
• Cover credit checks and enrollment costs for housing
• Give you a monthly bus pass so you can get to work, school and appointments
