The Colorado ID Project provides free vouchers covering the cost of Colorado IDs, driver licenses, and birth certificates for low-income, disabled, homeless, and elderly Coloradans. DMV2GO mobile services visit Pueblo Community College the first Tuesday of each month from 10am-1pm, offering on-site ID card and driver license processing. ID vouchers also available at Colorado Legal Services offices.
